Three related fixes shipped to stop renderer crashes and 30-second navigation timeouts. * [align=left]**Faster fallback for video thumbnails:** When a video source can't be played (e.g. non-MP4 / embed-only providers), the thumbnail now fails fast (15s) and falls back to the default placeholder instead of hanging for 30 seconds. ## May 2026 *Published 2026-05-07* ## [align=left]**New** * [align=left]**Dynamics 365 tracking code & intent signal matching:** Dynamics 365 customers can now paste their Customer Insights- Journey tracking script into the integration settings; the script is injected into the Turtl viewer and lets us tie anonymous doc visitors back to Dynamics contacts and leads. * [align=left]**Embedded form widget for landing pages and Docs:** New editor widget lets users drop a third-party form (HubSpot, Marketo, Typeform, etc.) inline on any page. * [align=left]**Document analytics redesign:** The doc analytics page now groups key metrics into themed sections (Reads & reach, Read time, Contact engagement), adds an Accounts/Contacts table toggle, and surfaces account-intent metrics (High / Med / Low). ## [align=left]**Improvements** * [align=left]**Hatch:** Right-to-left languages are now available for Hatch translations. * [align=left]**"Readers" renamed to "Contacts" in analytics:** The Known/Unknown contacts filter and the company-scope Overview report now use the "Contacts" label consistently with the rest of analytics. * [align=left]**Dynamic personalization — logo & homepage support:** Personalization forms using 6sense or Demandbase as the provider now populate the Logo and Homepage fields automatically from the identified company, so dynamically-personalized docs show the visitor's company logo and website without manual configuration. * [align=left]**Reader-ID consistency in analytics:** Reduced “Unknown Reader” entries in the analytics dashboard by making in-doc reader identification idempotent — the analytics beacon and lead record now always share the same reader ID ## [align=left]**Bug Fixes** * [align=left]**General stability and performance improvements:** Resolved minor bugs and optimised reader tracking reliability for a smoother experience. * [align=left]**Lead Capture:** Fixed an issue where form submission custom event were not being properly forwarded to connected CRM integrations. * [align=left]**Onboarding:** Fixed the support chat widget in the onboarding wizard. * [align=left]**Polls on nested documents:** Polls placed on pages inside wrapper docs that embed other documents now submit correctly, and votes are recorded against the wrapper doc so CMS poll analytics stay accurate. * [align=left]**Personalization in back cover call-to-action:** Personalization tokens (e.g. %first_name%) added to the back cover Call to Action field now resolve correctly at view time, alongside the other back cover fields. * [align=left]**Integrations app fixes:** Restored expected layout and behavior across the Integrations app after the recent Angular upgrade. * [align=left]**Brand editor toolbar logo:** The brand editor toolbar now selects the correct light/dark logo variant based on the toolbar background colour, fixing visual mismatches across colorways. * [align=left]**Landing-page analytics:** Landing pages now properly track reader time-on-page, so engagement metrics for landing-page docs are accurate in analytics dashboards. * [align=left]**SVG logos in Brand editor:** SVG logos uploaded as brand logos now render correctly in the editor preview and logo thumbnails (previously they appeared invisible due to a MIME-type mismatch). * [align=left]**Brand themes — duplicate isolation:** Duplicated brand-base themes now stay scoped to the team where they were created — fixes a bug that caused them to leak across every team in the tenant. * [align=left]**Image processing reliability:** Resolved a production failure that was blocking image processing for certain documents, so affected docs will now generate previews and exports successfully. * [align=left]**Account Reveal — historical restore:** Historical Demandbase visits previously hidden by the ISP filter have been retroactively restored, so the affected accounts will now appear in Account Reveal where they were missing before. ## April 2026 *Published 2026-04-20* ## [align=left]**New** **Salesforce Revenue Analytics** Connect your Salesforce account through Turtl's self-serve revenue configurator to see exactly which content is closing deals. Revenue Analytics matches known readers to your CRM contacts and maps them to associated deals, giving you attribution at the campaign, project, and asset level. Included at no extra cost for Grow AI and Scale AI customers (plus eligible legacy packages with CRM integrations). 👉[ Learn more](https://turtl.co/blog/salesforce-revenue-analytics) ![](https://resources.usersnap.com/company/d298077a-256d-4e30-95c9-467797e99e63/widget_config/9ef7065d-09f5-44b9-9c08-ec6b32717e3e_6a-newsletter-salesforce-00000_a8013483-cb00-4797-8db1-cf2f49633632.png?etag=c92c5f199495e9a6116ab2476b67e5d9) **Marketo custom events** Marketo custom events can now be enabled directly from Turtl's integration settings, giving marketers and sales teams richer contact-level data and more intent signals to power their custom engagement scoring. ## [align=left]**Improvements** * [align=left]**Landing Pages:** You can now resize for faster and improved design. * [align=left]**General stability and performance improvements:** Minor configuration defaults were updated to streamline the onboarding experience for new workspaces. * [align=left]**Account Identification Limits:** Legacy plan customers will now see blurred rows in the analytics accounts table when their identification limit is reached, making it easy to see how many accounts are being detected and prompting an upgrade for full visibility. * [align=left]**Billing screen updates:** Personalizations are now included in admin billing screen for easier tracking. * [align=left]**No more duplicate "AI credits used up" emails:** Admins now receive a single "identification credit limit reached" notification instead of multiple emails for the same event. * [align=left]**"Unknown account" always visible in accounts list:** The "Unknown account" row now appears for all plans, giving a complete picture of account-level activity. * [align=left]**Frozen rows styling fix:** Pinned rows in analytics tables now stay visually consistent while scrolling. * [align=left]**Brand editor:** Back cover titles now inherit your heading font styles, and personalization toolbar logos display at the right size again. * [align=left]**Landing pages:** Zoomable images show the hover-zoom hint and keep their flip orientation in fullscreen. Polls with many options are now scrollable on desktop landscape. * [align=left]**Mobile:** The “rotate your device” banner no longer flashes the wrong image after a personalization submit. The correct cover appears as soon as it’s regenerated. ## [align=left]**Bug Fixes** * [align=left]**Personalization forms:** Conditional visibility rules (e.g. “only show this field if the user selected option X”) weren’t applying correctly and, in some cases, caused personalization forms to break on Docs edited after the spring release. When a visitor reads your Turtl content, Turtl matches their session to a known company and surfaces that account in your analytics dashboard. You can see which companies are engaging, which documents they're reading, and how long they're spending with your content, giving your sales and marketing teams earlier, more actionable signals. **How it works** Account Reveal runs automatically on any published Turtl document. No additional tagging or configuration is required. To get the most accurate account-level matching, connect your 6sense or Demandbase integration in your Turtl settings. Once connected, intent data from either platform enriches your account matches automatically. Identified accounts appear in your Turtl analytics dashboard under the Accounts tab. **Availability** Account Reveal is available on qualifying plans. Contact your Customer Success Manager if you're unsure whether your plan includes access. ![](https://resources.usersnap.com/company/d298077a-256d-4e30-95c9-467797e99e63/widget_config/9835850d-e3b2-441d-bcf2-22d8c094d8dc_2a-newsletter-account-reveal-red_0e11211d-39af-4a90-8c04-d22c14cf1e1d.gif?etag=3f7a0c105b9b7085596793fbe197a8f1) Learn more about Account Reveal **[on our blog](https://turtl.co/blog/how-to-turn-anonymous-traffic-into-account-intelligence).** ## [align=left]**Dynamic Personalization** Dynamic Personalization lets you build a single Turtl document that adapts its content automatically based on who's reading it. Swap messaging, names, company details, or entire sections without creating multiple versions of the same document. You set the rules once in the Turtl editor. When a reader opens the document via a personalised link, the content updates in real time to match the parameters you've defined. **How it works** When a reader opens a document via a personalized link, the content updates automatically to match the parameters in that link. No separate publishing or version management is required. **Availability** Dynamic Personalization is available now in the Turtl editor. ![](https://resources.usersnap.com/company/d298077a-256d-4e30-95c9-467797e99e63/widget_config/0283c586-3445-46d2-ae66-978b3917c044_3a-newsletter-dynamic-personalization_9307dfad-d698-4465-8880-b5d365dadb5b.gif?etag=8d09dee6f021962eae0d192cd3256d50) Learn more about Dynamic Personalization **[on our blog](https://turtl.co/blog/how-to-stop-losing-prospects-to-generic-content).** ## [align=left]**6sense and Demandbase Integrations** Turtl now integrates natively with 6sense and Demandbase, two of the leading intent data platforms in B2B marketing. These integrations power Account Reveal and Dynamic Personalization, bringing account intelligence directly into your content analytics and personalization workflows. ![](https://resources.usersnap.com/company/d298077a-256d-4e30-95c9-467797e99e63/widget_config/55b7b962-d3dd-405b-b667-50dfaf364d72_5a-newsletter-partnership-0-00-01-14_e279f476-977c-4ad2-b66a-7d544d4303de.png?etag=884c09f7ac49dd926e302a5f67c94b04) ## [align=left]**Landing Pages** Landing Pages lets you build branded, standalone pages directly in Turtl. Use them to host a single document, group multiple assets together, gate content behind a form, or give a campaign its own destination, all without leaving the platform. **How it works** Create a new Landing Page from your Turtl dashboard. Configure your layout and branding, and set up gating and form capture if required. When you publish, Turtl generates a shareable URL you can use in campaigns, ads, or outreach. All engagement on your Landing Page is tracked automatically in your Turtl analytics dashboard, alongside your document-level data. **Availability** Landing Pages are available now on all AI plans. ![](https://resources.usersnap.com/company/d298077a-256d-4e30-95c9-467797e99e63/widget_config/e3c74aaa-7b30-470d-83d5-6bfa74455215_4a-newsletter-pdf-import-00068_4867c2da-a6a8-40f9-8b73-a9970631c87a.png?etag=04464311e92453f5655192f0ec3b5b25) Learn more about landing pages on **[our blog](https://turtl.co/blog/build-landing-pages-that-drive-revenue)**. ## [align=left]**Salesforce Integration, OAuth Authentication** You can now connect your Salesforce integration using OAuth, providing a more secure and streamlined authentication experience. Upon connecting, the Turtl Personalized Docs custom object is automatically created in your Salesforce account. Existing legacy credential-based integrations continue to work, with legacy authentication details neatly separated in their own section. ## [align=left]**Improvements** ### [align=left]**PDF Downloads** You can now disable the PDF download button across all Docs and Published PDFs, giving you more control over how content is shared. ### [align=left]**Send engagement scores to Marketo** You can now send reader engagement scores and topic insights directly to your [Marketo](https://support.turtl.co/en/articles/11088689-syncing-turtl-intent-data-with-your-crm#h_3060acc6a8) contact properties. This gives your marketing team richer behavioral data in Marketo automatically, making it easier to score leads and personalize outreach based on how readers engage with your Turtl content. ### [align=left]**Cookie Consent Updates** Turtl content is now fully GDPR and CCPA compliant. When a reader opens any Turtl content, a consent prompt appears before any non-essential cookies are set. Readers can accept all, reject all, or choose by category, and their preference is stored so the prompt only returns if the cookie policy changes. Your legal team can confirm compliance with confidence, your content passes vendor audits, and the Turtl and Demandbase integration, which identifies which companies are reading your content, is now active. ## [align=left]**🐞 Bugs** ### [align=left]**Bug Fixes** * [align=left]PDF Downloads: Resolved an issue that was preventing PDF downloads from completing successfully in Turtl Docs. Previously, uploading 100 images would trigger 100 separate requests; now it all happens in a single request, reducing load times and preventing rate-limit errors. * [align=left]Improved Caching: Users no longer need to re-download all JavaScript files on every deployment, improving page load speeds. **🔧 Infrastructure** * [align=left]Marketo SOAP Removal: Removed support for the legacy Marketo SOAP API.
